Mainly responsible for the hiring for HPE's UK&I Inside Sales Hubs and the Graduate and Intern hiring.- Managing beginning to end staffing process; supporting the implementation of sourcing strategies; screening candidates; coordinating interviews; creating offer letters.- Consulting and guiding managers on the hiring process and ensuring that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policy.- Driving achievement of the hiring targets, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, diversity goals and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.- Good knowledge of Taleo and Workday systems - Maintaining relations between the managers and the candidates- Involved in creating strategies and plans for a more successful recruitment - Supporting Social Media Campaigns- Maintaining relations with partner universities

- Assisting and supporting the travel advisors in the team with their daily tasks and responsibilities- Monitoring the working processes and analyzing the results of the team- Conducting feedback sessions- Taking part in trainings for new members of the team and Learning and Development sessions for new products and services- Creating and updating helping tools and manuals for the travel advisors in the team
