Diya Ramadan is a pharmacist holding a B.C.s Degree in pharmacy & pharmaceutical science from Hacettepe University – Ankara – Turkey. Since graduation Diya has worked in many promising positions in the pharmaceutical field .In his very first beginnings he worked in community pharmacies as a pharmacy manager Pharmaceutical Industry:- The next step was joining pharmaceutical industry as a Production Planning , Production Control & Documentation officer . At this stage he started to gain the experience of good manufacturing practice (cGMP) and the process of developing and manufacturing the solid and semi solid pharmaceutical dosage forms . After years of experience he was elevated to management levels as Material Department Manager. and Production Manager.Working in the pharmaceutical field added many important skills like good knowledge of drug labeling and dispensing , good communication skills ,time management ,discipline ,commitment , problem solving , the adherence to quality , replenishing and applying supply chain management systems .Rivage :-Diya now is the Planning and Purchasing Manager of Rivage company. The main work responsibilities include forecasting the sales demand and accordingly monitoring the stock levels of finished goods and preparing plans prior to market demands. Production follow up with production manager in order to fulfill the good demands on time and building the procurement system of production inputs is also one of his duties. Especially in today’s growing and changing market demands Rivage policy is to stick with high quality product and customer satisfactory to maintain competitive profile for the company .
