Triangle STEM Foundation (TSF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering young girls in STEM fields through scholarships, workshops, and peer tutoring. By creating an inclusive and supportive environment, we aim to inspire and equip the next generation of female leaders in science and technology. Our initiatives have expanded through the development of online platforms and in-person events, fostering a community where girls can thrive academically and pursue their passions in STEM.

As an Analytics and Business Intern at Revelle Aesthetics, Inc., I meticulously gathered and categorized data for plastic surgeons and dermatologists by region, creating comprehensive data sheets vital for informed decision-making. I regularly reported findings to the sales operation team, ensuring smooth communication and progress updates on projects. Leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, I streamlined data management processes, enabling clear and effective reporting for enhanced business strategies. My role significantly contributed to establishing a structured data system critical for the company's operational success.
