 Developing a company-wide human resources policies and procedures aligned with business strategy and industry best practices Preparing personnel development plan and program for all employees. Developing training plan and program for all employees. Managing recruitment process by identifying department recourse needs, Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals, preparing relevant job description, shortlist candidates and prepare employment contract and package for selected candidates. Collecting employee’s files and documents’ as well as registering employee’s information into a database. Arranging for residency issuance, transfer and renewal for all employees. Administrating payroll, employee leave requests and balances. Printing any kind of salary certificate, sick leave. Managing termination and resignation process and ensure accurate calculation for indemnity and end of service packages. Supervise daily employees' attendance, monthly check fingerprinting identification and permissions.  Experience in Kuwait labor low. Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management. Managing and developing exist interview for all employee. Managing employees work injury and contact with insurance company. Conducting any other responsibility that is related to the job and as assigned by direct supervisor
