As a caregiver I assist patients with bathing, dressing and housekeeping. Basic daily duties most of us take for granted. I administer medication and keep a current file of medication lists, allergies and doctors. Biweekly I make sure enough oxygen tanks are on hand for appointments or power outages. Complete medical and insurance forms as needed.

Respond to phone, email and Slack inquiries to deduce if issue is service related and supported, device issue supported or unsupported, 3rd party application issue and suggest alternative access when it makes sense or user error and gauge if I can walk customer through solution or best to refer to consultant. Work with other departments and companies as needed to resolve tickets in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and configure company issued equipment as needed. Identify potential system issues and dispatch and escalate when appropriate.

Dispatched drivers to residential and commercial clients in addition to providing service to walk in customers.Maintained and adjusted service calendar prioritizing jobs. Accepted payments, balanced cash and fuel inventory. Calmed distressed callers and walked them through safety/evacuation steps.

Shared with guests based on age and interests about marine life and the small ways we can make a big impact to protect our oceans for future generations. Diligently practiced safety measures and found ways to interpret key information to guests that did not speak the same languages.

My job duties varied by calendar dates. As a receptionist I handled calls for up to three stores, greeted our customers and directed/escorted them to the correct department.
