Senior Project Manager
In my role as a Senior Project Manager at Slava, I managed a wide range of high-level projects for key clients, including Nissan and the Renault-Nissan Bank. My responsibilities involved not only ideating and executing strategic projects, but also fostering efficient cross-functional communication.- For Nissan, I developed a personalized customer area integrated with up to ten different systems. This required exceptional coordination and communication skills to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring successful project completion that adhered to all requirements.- In my work with Renault-Nissan Bank, I was instrumental in creating a module for online credit approval. This was implemented across their various partners, including Renault and Avtovaz, requiring a deep understanding of each partner's specific needs and constraints.Internally, my role extended to preparing precise briefs for developers, designers, and copywriters, participating in team brainstorms, ensuring project profitability, and finding the right balance between resources spent and desired results. This extensive experience underscores my comprehensive project management skills and ability to facilitate smooth internal operations.
