Hi, I'm Dizzy (they/them), a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Therapist, and The Program Director of Companion Planting Counselling, based on Lək̓ʷəŋən territory (Victoria, BC). As a trans, non-binary, and polyamorous queer person and professional, I understand the complexities of navigating intersecting identities. My goal as a counsellor is to create an inclusive space where every part of you is welcomed and supported. I combine my lived experience and professional training, and approach each session with empathy and openness. I offer counselling for individuals, relationships of all structures and length (monogamous and consensual non-monogamous), and families of all structures (related, chosen, or given). I work with clients 13 & older, except in family sessions, which are all ages.
