I was a key contributor to increasing sales and customer loyalty by providing front-line technical sales and support for two spectroscopy product lines for customers throughout the Western Hemisphere, Australia, and China. • Optimized sales and support levels by assisting customers with problem-solving, new technology integration, and identifying new applications for suitable spectroscopy applications. • Increased sales in 2020 for one product line from $240,000 to $650,000 with half the number of leads by partnering with customers and using a consultative approach to improve processes using Bio-Logic’s instruments/technology. • Enhanced technical support capabilities by improving quality of existing manuals and support documents and conducting on-site or in-house training for users.
