With years of experience in the IT industry, I must say I still have a LOT to learn BUT I am very willing to be trained. You can say I have worn many hats from all of the micro-tasks passed onto me, such as Computer/Software troubleshooting, Asset Management, Active Directory Management, Domain, Email & Web hosting management, Azure, Microsoft, and AWS management and a lot more to mention. I am very eager to learn and also is keen to details with everything thrown at me. I may be forgetful at times, but I cope up with it by noting down things before I forget about them. I take down notes too!Can work independently as well when equipped with the right knowledge and training. I have managed to work independently since for some reason I get into positions that I only have my back, my notes and the internet to fix things.
