GHS's mission is to create a catalyst for Private Practice Physicians/Groups to help them bridge the gap between systemic healthcare industry changes and implementation of internal business policies to increase revenue & appropriately position the practice for a successful transition from Fee-for-Service to Value-Based Reimbursement methodologies. Through an extensive analysis of current systems & revenue-cycle management structure (EMR/EHR technology, billing/coding methods, practice management software, payor contracting, denial management procedures, & Quality Initiatives) we identify specific critical areas of improvement.

Consulted closely with business owners and key stakeholders to analyze their organization’s infrastructure and identify deficiencies in regards to their existing workforce management strategy. I designed custom solutions for each client’s unique needs to maximize profitability, mitigate unpredictable risks, and propel company growth to positively impact revenue and the overall financial ecosystem of their small to mid-sized organization. Effectively coordinated communication between clientele and additional ADP business units (worker’s compensation insurance, HR, healthcare benefits, retirement services, etc.) to provide a full-spectrum solution to each individual client.

Met with managers and C-Level executives from current & prospective clients to discuss their present & future staffing needs and align Insight’s placement services with their most critical concerns. Achieved cross departmental agreement on all aspects of staffing services offered including bill rate negotiation, organization of interview times between hiring managers & potential candidates, and facilitation/execution of contracts. Also in charge of maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships.

Responsible for attending key legislative hearings & committee meetings in both the House of Representatives & State Senate. Followed discussions and debates from respective elected members to gather an understanding of the current bills/topics being discussed and gauge their relative impact to the applicable interests represented by the firm.

Assisted with daily administrative duties within the Senator’s office. Directly addressed constitute issues as first line of contact to the office and would escalate matters when necessary. Participated in committee meetings in addition to being responsible for accurate, concise minutes of various legislative hearings.
