Danielle Harrell (DJ), has been the office manager at the Schuster Team for the past five years. Prior to working at the Schuster Team, DJ has been in real estate for 22 years working as a transaction coordinator for various agents. DJ also ran her own company, Smooth Transactions, for many years before deciding to start a family. When DJ came back into real estate from taking a break, she joined the Schuster Team where she is an integral part of the company’s support system. DJ is responsible for running the office and is at the core of our modus operandi between scheduling inspections, repairs, closings, as well as overseeing all client transactions. DJ is the heart of communication for the Schuster Team, collaborating with agents, contractors, escrow officers and lenders ensuring all parties are kept up to date with each transaction. Having a team of transaction coordinators report into her on a daily basis helps with the fluid development of all of our client dealings, creating a defined, stable and reliable process. With her careful eye for detail, dependability, and precision, our clients know they are in safe hands for a distinguished, rapid, and exceptional service. Outside the office, DJ enjoys spending time with her children, friends and playing Volleyball!
