Responsibilities handled in previous Team (WNS)• Worked as an agent for an outbound process WNS Assistance formally called Town & Country. A UK process dealt with DMU (Down Time Management Unit). Its involved calling to the body shops, Motor insurance co & drivers, it was the agents responsibility to call the body shop to arrange for a date when the care could be booked in for bodywork. The agents need to book the body shop in the locality closest to the driver’s place of work or residence. While the repairs are in progress, the agent need to call the driver & keep him update on the repairs & then call the insurance Co. to settle the claim with the third party. Apart form this I monitored calls, quality check the files in the absence of the Quality Leader. Also trained the new comers took initiatives (Website, Weekly quiz). While working for WNS Assistance also assisted CATI UK outbound process that conducted weekly surveys. This was after works hours as they were short listed staff. Was promoted as an Executive in Centrica Facilities where I handled client relations front end & there after I was moved to Centrica GPP (Gas prepayments) as a Team Leader.
