As a loan consultant, I was responsible for selling loans to qualified applicants. As a closing specialist, I was responsible for setting up signing appointments with borrowers once their loan had been final approved. We call the borrowers & give them the specifics of their loan & set a date & time they’d like to sign, then order the closing with the title company.
