Team Leader for a 5 Soldier team responsible for preparing and deploying anywhere in the world to provide Operational Contract Support to our deployed forces.Also serves as a Warranted ($6.5 million) Contracting Officer providing daily contract support for all customers based on Ft. Carson with a variety of supplies and services.

Developmental assignment for 180 days as the Branch Chief, WSMR Contracting Office overseeing $1.2 billion dollars worth of services and Test & Evaluation Cost-Plus contracts.

Division Chief for Business Operations, 918th Contracting Battalion, responsible for the training, welfare, and oversight of all assigned Soldiers and DA Civilian employees working within the Policy, Government Purchase Card, and Property Book sections. Provides recommendations involving internal and external programs affecting other organizations, such as those involving technical, financial, organization, and administrative factors. Serves as an advisor to commanders and other key officials on all aspects of contracting. Reviews the substance of reports, decisions, case documents, contracts, and other action items to ensure they accurately reflect the policies and position of the battalion. Interfaces with Brigade FDO, MICC HQ and PARC on policy, standards, and procedural compliance of contracts. Also serves as a Warranted Contracting Officer for all GPC single purchase transactions up to $25,000 for over 400 Government Purchase Cardholders and Billing Officials. Acts as the primary focal point for all operational contracting centric taskings and metrics.

Team Leader for the 602nd Senior Contingency Contracting Team, assigned to 918th Contracting Battalion, MICC- FT. Carson. Responsible for the training and welfare of all assigned Soldiers, fully prepared to support military operations in a joint, unilateral or coalition environment. Also serves as a Warranted Contracting Officer in a Garrison Environment for over $60 Million of contract actions. Directly responsible for Civilian and Military Contract Teams and performing the full range of Pre and Post award base contract functions and contract administration. Serves as a Deputy Division Chief for the Installation Contracting Division, supporting six Directorates and six Installation Support Offices of the US Army Garrison at Fort Carson, Colorado. Responsible for the oversight of 19 personnel consisting of military and civilian workforce, and for overseeing the management of over $250 Million in contract actions assigned within the Division.

Team leader and Warranted Contracting Officer for Base Operations and Services for the Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal. Responsible for the training, health, welfare, and discipline of nine Contingency Contracting Officers and the acquisition planning, negotiating and execution of Research and Development contracts. Locates and procures required services to augment organic unit or mission CSS capabilities while providing the commander enhanced operational flexibility. Responsible for the administration and execution of multiple classified Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts valued at over $180 million. Ensures all contract actions are valid, legal, and in accordance with applicable regulations. Advises commanders on acquisition strategies to support the mission and meet the social and economic impacts desired. Prepares for and deploys into contingency contracting operations.Personally awards contracts and issues contract modifications up to $25 million.

Procurement Officer for Army Contracting Command- Redstone Arsenal. Provides Information Technology and Classified Contractual Support to Research, Development, and Engineering Center. Responsible for providing procurement and acquisition support of Information Technology, and service contract oversight. Acts as the Acquisition Center military interface with contractors and customers, knowledgeable in acquisition planning, contract administration, and contract execution of contracts valued at over $571 million annually. Advises and assists the Director of Operations and Services on acquisition strategies to support the mission and meet the social and economic impacts.
