CurrentAs Director of Product, I own the full lifecycle of our products, from development to ongoing management and support. Building on my previous responsibilities in product marketing, I remain accountable for driving pricing strategy, product positioning, and performance optimization across all sales channels and marketing mediums. However, my scope has expanded significantly to include the production, renewal, and upkeep of all products, ensuring their quality, relevance, and market competitiveness.In this role, I oversee the end-to-end product journey, from creating courses to ensuring that all internal teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—have the tools, information, and resources they need to market, promote, and sell effectively. I also lead major infrastructure upgrades, such as the enhancement of our catalog and pricing systems, to improve scalability, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
