$45M lobby and plaza repositioning project for Nuveen. All high end finishes completed on schedule despite severe supply chain issues due to advanced planning and schedule impact studies throughout the project. Involved major structural work and cutting several openings through existing floor plates to bring light and circulation down to two sub levels.

388 Greenwich St - One Citi Tower

$350M top down renovation for Citibank Headquarters. I was personally responsible for $80M worth of work in place over 28 floors in the office tower phase of the project. Complex staggered turnover deadlines and aggressive furniture dates characterized the bulk of the project. This project was turned over ahead of schedule, under budget and to the complete.

11 East Loop Rd - Ferrero Rocher / Citi Technology

Two jobs for Ferrero Rocher ($1M) and Citibank ($2M), both affiliated with the technology campus at Cornell Tech. Both projects completed on schedule and the high standards of the University and Clients. Because of this job I was asked to join the construction team at the Citibank headquarters project that was taking place at 388 and 390 Greenwich St.

PS-315 Queens, NY

Submitted RFI's to GC. Coordinted work with other trades and laid out block work pertaining to the exterior wall and elevator and stair core walls. Laid brick on exterior walls.

Manhattan, New York

Drafted Construction Documents and created and curated design presentations for projects such as the Lake Takanassee Beachclub development and the Puck Building renovation.
