As an IT student and a Digital Solutions Officer at Griffith University, I combine my passion for technology and education to create innovative and impactful solutions for the academic community. I support and guide students with their technical issues and queries, as well as enhance the online learning experience and resources with my IT knowledge and skills.My main project as a Digital Solutions Officer is to develop a refined system to be implemented on the Griffith University website that assists its users, including students and educators, on a higher level. This project demonstrates my ability to apply my IT skills to real-world problems, as well as my collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders. I also have experience in business administration, retail sales, and store management from working as an Administration Officer at The Good Guys and a Retail Team Member at Kmart Australia. These roles helped me develop my interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills, as well as my adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I aim to become an IT professional who can create innovative and impactful solutions for various industries and sectors.
