I am presently employed as a Senior Design Engineer in a Nuclear Facility, and I thoroughly love my job and the people that I work with. I enjoy working with teams of people to solve problems by doing all the things required to develop and manage a project from concept to implementation. The most exciting place to perform this work is in a 24/7 industrial operation where "every minute counts". For me, Paper Mills and Power Plants have been very fun and exciting places to work.I've had a variety of experiences in the areas of my professional interests: industrial controls, process industries, energy management, and energy generation. As I have worked in these technical areas, I have developed an increasing interest in the people and processes of the business; the social systems that propel a business to prosperity, sustenance, or failure. It is for these reasons that I sought and obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration.
