I am a firm believer in continuously improving and growing as an individual both mentally and physically. With the diverse work experiences I have had in management as well as sales, I have been able to effectively communicate and work with all walks of life. My Criminal Justice degree has enabled me to research, seek out and communicate with existing and potential sales opportunities and has helped me become proficient in customer interaction to help identify their specific needs. I’ve been able to develop working relationships with clientele to boost sales and increase future leads as well. Maintaining customer satisfaction through follow up/ feedback to resolve issues and complaints (ex.-pricing, servicing, and quality of product) I feel is most important to maintaining a strong B2B partnership.
