I am a dedicated and hardworking Dentistry professional with a passion for delivering quality, compassionate patient care. My strengths include my ability to communicate with people on all levels and my enthusiasm to learn new thingsI’m my seven years experience at Dental Care I’ve been a part of sales acquisitions and de novo practices. I have been in meetings with the decision makers and have assisted in onboarding and task management. I’ve been apart of expansion of the practice i predominantly work in and also have been involved in onboarding and training new staff. More than anything I’ve developed an expertise in my craft that not only makes me incredibly efficient but incredibly productive at the same time. I form great rapport with my patients and their families and my staff. I find ways to motivate that are organic and non transactional. I feel my ceiling is non existent and i see myself as a pioneer in the field when it’s all said and done.
