Quality Systems Manager (Qsm)
Current• Design, develop, and continually enhance the organizations quality management system.• Draft, implement and maintain corporate policies and procedures which promote the acquisition of and adherence to, industry and regulatory compliance (See our website). • Create and issue standard operating procedures and quality test plans for all products and services under production, quality and revision control.• Monitor manufacturing processes ensuring that production machinery and personnel produce goods and products in accordance with company, industry and regulatory standards and requirements. • Oversee department supervisors and inspectors, making sure that quality control measures are carried out properly • Review the work of subordinates who sample, measure or test products for functionality and conformance to specifications. • Serve as a liaison to production staff, mid-level and senior management explaining the results of quality control tests and audits.
