- Evaluates RFPs if necessary or not. - Submits the RFP to the CEO for approval. - Source for vendors. - Evaluates vendor competency to fulfill the requirement. (Trade License, Company Profile, Previous Customers or Projects) - Analyze the quotations received. - Evaluates the responsiveness, delivery period and value for money of quotations - Coordinates with stakeholder or end user regarding the result of the evaluation. - Reviews contracts or terms and conditions. - Approve, gather, organize and process paperworks. (bids, contracts, quotations, invoices and delivery note etc. - Gather information to support purchasing decisions. (Vendor Evaluation, Price Comparison and Inventory Report) - Submits the LPO to CEO for approval. - Sends LPO to the winning vendor. - Follow up with supplier as needed. Resolve any issue to avoid business interruptions. - Facilitate the delivery. - Review or revise LPO if necessary. - Evaluate suppliers after service before releasing any payment. - Coordinates with the Finance Team in payment processing.

Work with the operations team to continually improve business processes within the team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of customer service. • Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer service delivery. • Undertake delegated duties from the Senior Operations Manager as and when required. • Flexible with regards to working patterns to meet the business needs.• Accounts Receivables: collection and allocation of payment for MERC department• Strong computer skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Basic knowledge in ERP application.
