Daniel Jarosch is an experienced leader and executive, with strong communication, people, and stakeholder management across private equity, community, and government. Daniel’s professional experience of 30 years spans real estate, infrastructure, investment management and finance with leading Australian institutions including Aware Super (Aeria Management Group), Altis Property Partners, Stockland, Macquarie Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Australia and the UK. In his recent roles as CEO and Investment Director, Daniel has led the repositioning of Aeria Management Group (formerly Sydney Metro Airports) since acquisition in 2015 by Aware Super. This includes transforming the strategic gateway precincts at Bankstown and Camden Airports to contribute today over $1.8 billion and 9,000 jobs to the NSW economy.A proven track record in creating a high performing team, culture, operational performance and reputation. With Daniel’s leadership, the precincts and infrastructure have been transformed through master planning, real estate acquisitions, development, upgrades and rebranding. This has required extensive stakeholder engagement and management across government, industry, customer, and community.
