The job also doubles as an attendant for the characters and guests in photo locations, this was a high safety role and it withheld many responsibilities such as forming an orderly line, ensuring customer and performer safet and taking reservations for timed appointments, communicating with many customers who speak different languages.

Obtaining the clubs proffesional work standards, wearing their uniform and following their policies. Provide excellent customer service, selling tickets, taking phone calls in the office, cash handling and taking card payments.

To communicate and offer great customer service, as-well as working on the tills taking cash and card payments, cash handling and accepting special vouchers and gift cards. I pay attention to every detail to accurately complete tasks while still making sure I’m working in the right time frame I also stay on high alert to my surroundings making sure there is no problems and customers are happy and things are running smoothly.
