Burrito Esports was an esports organization responsible for multiple success stories. Achieving the unexpected by winning the 2017 Paladins World Championship. And fielding multiple teams in other games such as SMITE, Brawlhalla, Rivals of Aether, and Fortnite.At Burrito Esports I was responsible for:- Coordinating the team managers, and for teams without manager carry some of the tasks a team manager would have- Administration and operations of the company- Recruiting of talent (together with our general manager and other co-owner)- Sponsor/partner maintenance

LoyaL was a Southeast Asian SMITE team. I was tasked with leading a 5-person team, planning their training and event schedules, setting up sponsorship deals, and communicating with tournament organizers. As well as designing streaming and social media assets, and maintaining the team's Twitter and Facebook pages.

As tournament admin I was responsible for coordinating the teams competing in the tournaments organized by Tiermonster. This consisted of calling teams to their matches, setting match lobbies, and spectating them when necessary. In the case of match related issues refereeing was also important, therefore I had to stay up-to-date with the tournaments' rulebooks and any game-related issues. As well as recording and relaying important match/player information for broadcasts or administration.

As broadcast producer I was responsible for asset creation, producing, and live streaming the tournaments on streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube. In cases where there was no dedicated in-game observer, I would be responsible for the in-game camera work as well.
