With almost 20 years of experience in transplant administration and policy, I am a dedicated healthcare leader and educator who strives to improve the quality and accessibility of organ transplantation for patients in need. As the Sr. Transplant Administrator at Miami Transplant Institute, I help guide operations and research for of one of the largest and most comprehensive transplant programs in the nation, performing over 600 transplants per year. My mission is to help create a world where no patient dies while awaiting organ transplantation.In addition to my administrative role, I also strive to share my knowledge and passion for healthcare with the next generation of professionals and leaders. I serve as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University, where I teach courses on global health, health policy, health informatics, and patient advocacy.
