Lead the creative development of graphic design and print to meet the company’s goals and objectives. Concept, design and art direct collateral, packaging, advertising and sales materials that creatively and consistently reflect the company's brand identity. Ensuring that our high quality of creative and production is upheld and maintaining consistently high standards. Represent design team as strategic partner to align services and support. Manage art direction, design and production of projects including: sales materials, promotional items, executive presentations, operational materials, advertisements, external and internal communications, and corporate events / meetings. Provide creative and print management on complex, high priority projects. Responsible for quality control processes, including proofing, reviewing, legal and marketing sign-offs.Manage outside resources, including trade show vendors, photographers, and external printers. Responsible for preparing and justifying job estimates and budgets.
