Oversee the performers, making sure all of their stage and performing needs were met, oversee all the artistic continuity and quality of the performances making sure they were up to standards. Making sure all technical aspects of the theatre were adhered to and that all lighting and audio equipment were pro-actively maintained as to reduce faulty equipment during showtime. Trouble shoot where necessary. Administrative duties include coordinating rehearsal times with various heads of departments, sending emails, organizing calendar and schedules, jack of all trades. Programming lighting console for various performances, scheduled lighting equipment maintenance and cleaning, ran lighting console during performance. Back stage clean-up, bringing on and off props, set up audio on stage and in other venues on the ship for various performances.
