In 2017, HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) spun off its services business and merged it with CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) to form DXC Technology. I transitioned from HPE to DXC, maintaining my role while taking on new responsibilities, including:Managing high-volume, mission-critical systems for large enterprises like Vale, VLI, and Claro.Administering Exadata@Customer (X6, X7) and Exadata Cloud Infrastructure (XM9).Handling Dataguard, disaster recovery, and migrations from on-premises to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).SME for MongoDB databases, serving as the focal point for this technology within the team.

In 2015, HP underwent a strategic split, separating into two companies: HP Inc., focusing on personal computers and printers, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), which concentrated on enterprise products and services. As part of this transition, I moved from HP to HPE, maintaining my position but also taking on new responsibilities, such as:Migrating databases from on-premises to Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).Implementing new databases on both Cloud IaaS and on-premises infrastructure.Managing databases across various environments, including configuration, patching, space management, backup and recovery, and database security administration.Leading root cause analysis to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations for resolution.
