The Public Service Commission is the primary, central agency for all training and employment policy for 220,000 Queensland public servants.I managed the leadership development programs of the Office, including leadership rotation programs and the Australian New Zealand School of Government scholarship process, represented the State of Queensland on the Public Sector Industry Skills Council and contributed to the development of the leadership and management capability framework for the Queensland Public Sector through input into strategic choices for the framework by the Commissioner, developing competency behaviour descriptors and framework review.
