I fight for the user.I enjoy Lean and I like to run simple cheap experiments before going "all in". It saves money but, more importantly it saves time.I love replacing FTEs with software, I've been doing this since 1996.I started as a desktop services technician, worked through networking then software testing, then software development then on to the architect lead role with a side dish of management.As an Entrepreneur I've created a three successful companies, helped a few more and launched roughly a dozen failed/idle projects. Some have grown with outside-investors and others completely self-funded.
