It saves money but, more importantly it saves time.I love replacing FTEs with software, I've been doing this since 1996.I started as a desktop services technician, worked through networking then software testing, then software development then on to the architect lead role with a side dish of management.As an Entrepreneur I've created a three successful companies, helped a few more and launched roughly a dozen failed/idle projects.
