• Assist Sr. Engineers in reviewing the submitted Engineering designs and drawings by carrying out periodic site inspections.• Assist Sr. Engineers in preparing the weekly / monthly monitoring reports.• Making sure that all the aims of the projects and standards are met as per site / contract regulations.• Provides all design and detailed documentation required to service the assigned project and enable the construction team to carry out its tender and construction activities. • Stores and maintain company documents project wised and categorized in both electronic and physical form.• Follows process and principles of company's document lifecycle procedures by keeping records of project details, meeting minutes, technical specifications, drawings.• Provides support in accordance with project time, quality and cost objective as agreed with project manager.• Taking responsibility for the administrative processes inherent in the issuing and receipt of documents.• Direct coordination with clients and all persons involved in the projects, attends site meetings, and doing the actual BOQ and invoicing.

• Supervise contractors during project engineering in preparation for successful project implementation.• Conducts ocular survey and validates projects prior to engineering design plans.• Prepares splicing details and methods of procedure given to contractor and implementation team prior to scheduled Fiber Optic Cable insertion activities.• Revises/redesigns engineering plans using AutoCAD with the coordination of the project leads before project implementation.• Timely project turn-over, Project tracking, documentation and status reports. • Responds and solved project related issues within agreed service levels.• Successfully performs other assigned activity needed in relation to the project deliverables.• Project coordination with Contractors and Suppliers within the organization in the satisfactory completion of Outside Plant and Civil Work projects.• Prepares project documentation Project Billing, Vendor Service Report, Site Instructions, Bill of Quantity using Microsoft Office application and other related software’s prior to project close-out.• Checks geographical plans using Global Information System for primary line network and secondary line network prior to project implementation.• Assist in monitoring progress of project implementation and coordinate with OSP partners / contractors.• Facilitate Restricted Area Access Work Authorization approval to ensure access to Globe facility during project surveys and implementation.• Document Controlling, keeping hard copies and soft copies for easy and convenient file tracking.
