* Responsible for complete management of multiple Global Accounts including sales, service and life cycle activities.* Developed and executed strategic account plan to insure revenue growth and customer satisfaction for assigned base of accounts.* Managed global account team in delivery and execution of strategic account plans.

Roles Included the Following:Strategic Account Manager* Responsible for management of multiple Strategic Accounts.* Managed the sales activity of local account executives and sales engineers globally in support of coordinated sales strategy for assigned accounts.Data Sales Manager* Responsible for Pre/Post Sales advanced engineering and strategic sales support of Enterprise customers.* Developed expert level knowledge of IP, Managed Services, and Wireless product portfolios.* Coordinated the development and execution of Account team sales strategies.

* Established the NTT America sales office for the Michigan and Ohio market.* Responsible for acquisition of new Fortune 1000 accounts in the Michigan and Ohio area.* Developed expert level knowledge of the Asia Pacific telecommunication market with specific focus on Japan, Singapore, and China.

Roles Included the Following:Technical Consultant* Provided pre-sales technical support for Global accounts.* Designed global data and voice network solutions including CPE and circuit specifications. * Created and presented sales proposals.Global Account Manager* Responsible for management of multiple Global accounts.* Coordinated international resources for service and sales support of accounts worldwide.
