Review and comment on IB authorization application

• In cooperation with upper management, handle pre-conference, onsite and post-conference registration and sessions for the NCSS annual conference with an attendance of 2500-4300. This includes AV requirements, onsite registration, tour tickets and information, problem solving and other responsibilities. • Handle scheduling for more than 400 sessions and serve as point of contact for all presenters before and during the conference. • Manage all aspects of summer workshops including budgets, registration and presenters. • Designed a social media plan to reach a younger audience to our offers of membership, professional development and our annual conference using facebook and twitter.

• Co-founded the company, established the LLC and all relevant tax accounts and permits to function in the State of Maryland. Handled the company’s public relations initiatives, press releases and marketing. Planned logistics for catering events including: budget, equipment, staff, set-up, schedules, food presentation and food preferences. Opened and managed the Facebook and Twitter pages for the restaurant. Managed customer relations and outreach.
