Defined exhaustive wireframe of the products for all job seeking/posting use cases. Performed the role of a technical product manager with overall responsibility from requirements definition to hands on implementation. Oversaw daily performance and established 250K daily unique users with 1M+ page views per month within the first six months of launch.

The Event Planner, code-named RADAR was an Outlook COM Addin based product which interfaced with a backend server module created at the Carnegie Mellon University and funded by DARPA. The Addin provided intuitive ways for the user to dissect incoming emails into various embedded components and interact with them accordingly. The product effectively increased the user’s productivity in dealing with everyday deluge of emails, without forcing any change in the user’s email behavior.My Contribution:Lead product design & development efforts. Liaison between various teams at Carnegie Mellon University and SRI International to maintain product objectives as defined by DARPA. Successfully delivered product to DARPA officials for internal consumption.

Was the Architect and core Developer of the Siebel Product Configurator, a module in the Siebel Sales Force Automation product line. The product was highly acclaimed in industry reviews and achieved huge commercial success. Revenues from the applications grew to over $100M. Was also the Architect and core Developer of Siebel eSales, the first web based application from Siebel Systems. The product helped launch and position Siebel as a provider of web based business applications.

Was involved with the design and development of some of the core functionalities of MS Works 95, the first Windows 95 based product, and MS Works 96
