Hello! My name is Devon Spencer and I have been with the EY Exempt Organizations practice since 2019. I grew up in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Prior to starting my career with EY, I completed both a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy and a Master’s degree of Taxation at Arizona State University. I primarily work out of the Phoenix, Arizona office and specialize in the tax compliance of various healthcare systems, private foundations, public charities, universities and pension trusts.I possess professional experience working in the field of both private and public tax consulting.
