• Greeting customers and dealing with their enquires e.g. Due to the fact that I was the first face that our customers would see when they came into the hotel I had to make sure that I would greet them and deal with their enquires. • Managing bookings for clients and guests e.g. I had to make sure that I properly listened to our clients about what type of bookings they would like and what dates best suited them in order for the hotel to accommodate their preferences.

• Handling and resolving enquires e.g. I had to make sure that the customer enquiries and complaints were dealt with to the best of my ability.• Managing the Salons finance i.e. whenever the manager was on holiday I was in charge of making sure that all financial recordings were up to date.• Took responsibility of other staff members e.g. I trained staff on how to deal with customers and their complaints and was head of staff induction procedures.
