I currently lead the Servicing department at Reach Financial, a fast-growing and innovative financial services company that provides loans and credit products to millions of customers across the US.My mission is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty, while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability. I leverage my skills in CRM, analytics, and contact center software to design and implement solutions that enhance customer engagement, retention, and recovery.
