Learning Management System (LMS) Utilization: Work with the Operations Coordinator and other team members to utilize the PCMH LMS for training logistics management. Example duties include loading courses onto the LMS, modifying information within the LMS, database administration, user support, tracking, reporting, and troubleshooting. 6. I fulfilled and exceeded the Assistant General Manager roles and responsibilities for Hyatt Place Hotel with over 100 rooms. I oversaw a staff of at least 30 employees, which included but was not limited to hiring, scheduling, reviewing, releasing and training. I was also given the opportunity to train and retrain other nation-wide Assistant General Managers for their positions at their respective hotels.
