Maintained and exceeded sales goals consistently every year. Organized and produced one of the largest broadcast related Career Fairs in the U.S, with more than 200 stations participating annually. Developed and implemented plan to meet and exceeded U.S. Department of Education standards.

US Communications was a private company that was the license holder for WYNT-Upper Sandusky Ohio. The station was sold in April 2002 to Clear Channel.
