CurrentManage day to day operations of the office, Organizing and maintaining files and recordsPlanning and scheduling meetings and appointments, Managing projects & conducting researchPreparing and editing correspondences, reports and presentationKeep abreast with the passive infrastructure market trends – Competition, Pricing, Products & InnovationActively interact with the client to discuss future business plans and get insight into their growth plans and financial constraints.Focus on the customer needs and build a strong relationship with the customers at a personal level with the objective of generating more business.Interact with the existing, new and potential key customers to increase their knowledge about the existing and new services being provided by Sxope Software.Resolve and customer billing issues in coordination with the circle finance team.Actively interact with the internal functional teams to ensure synchronization of the business activities and smooth running of the business.Engage and follow up with the S&M team at the circle on daily basis to review their performance and guide them in resolving issues.Provide timely reports to the Head S&M regarding the progress of S&M function and the circle with regard to the status of the sites.
