Responsible for supporting Management, Engineering, and Production staff between two facilities and five departments to achieve their internal and external goals.· Manage metrics for the manufacturing lines, departments, and facility (OEE, Production, Quality, Downtime, Inventory, etc.)· Assist in developing and maintaining the manufacturing/product budgets and theoretical costing model for a $125M Net Sales Business. Utilize these models for reporting and trend analysis.· Support management, engineering, and production staff in identifying improvement opportunities and developing comprehensive solutions.· Work directly with production and/or SAP development team to implement solutions that will improve the overall productivity and efficiency of the facility.

Responsible for driving Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) that help meet the annual savings goals for Waste, Quality, Conversion Cost, Reworks, and Raw Materials Usage. · Identify process improvement opportunities and issues that affected the CIP goals.· Collaborated with the maintenance and engineering teams to monitor production equipment and identify preventative maintenance opportunities to reduce downtime.· Worked with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes, place orders, and schedule work.· Developed and maintained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).· Managed monthly analysis, tracking, and reporting of all project files.

• Ensure employees are on time and perform the job in a professional manner well exceeding the customers expectations.• Schedule jobs that accommodate the customers needs and constraints.• Train employees on the proper procedure for providing safe and efficient moving services.• Maintain company records and distribute payroll.• Attend to all customer service matters including professional advice, scheduling accommodations, and damage claims.

• Transfer customers belongings in a safe and timely manner while loading or unloading the moving truck.• Continually strategize and execute the most effective plan to pack the moving truck while taking into consideration space utilization, security of customer belongings, and ease of unpacking. • Attend to all needs of the customer during the moving process.

• Provide leadership for the Chapter as the presiding officer at all meetings, including but not limited to, meetings of the Chapter officers, formal Chapter meetings, informal chapter meetings, and rituals.• Enforce the constitution, laws, traditions, rituals, and local bylaws and rules at all times.• Listen to the needs of the chapter and attempt to meet them. Clarify the goals of the chapter and carry out the wishes of the chapter, delegating work as appropriate.• Appoint all committee chairmen; removing ones who do not fulfill their responsibilities. Appoint a delegate to Conclave, and a delegate to campus inter-fraternal organizations.• Ensure communications between chapter, school, and other fraternities; between chapter and the Offices of the Grand Chapter; and between chapter and alumni.• Work with organizations such as Alzheimer’s Association, St. Jude’s, Boy Scouts of America, and Atlanta Mission Marietta Thrift Store to provide volunteer opportunities for the chapter. Resulting in a total number of hours of 560 over a 9-month period.

• Assist in the fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.• Responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the yard.• Removal and proper relocation of incoming stock items.

• Customer service responsibilities including bagging, locating products, upkeep of shelf appearance.• Restocking products as inventory becomes low or depleted.• Occasional cashier during busy hours or when the employees are short staffed.• Assisted in the shut down and closing of the store.
