I helped lead Scratch DJ Academy to become the world's leader in DJ Education and was charged with building meaningful partnerships between the Academy and key brands who wanted to work in the DJ Education space. As brand director, I led the instructor training and headed up our customer experience from prospect to student to alumni throughout our 6 locations nationwide. In our growth phase, I helped build out schools in Chicago, Atlanta, and Philadelphia and worked alongside my peers in hiring and training the local teams in those areas.

Created a community in Los Angeles with over 50k aspiring DJs and music lovers. Since 2005, the Academy evolved under my leadership from a 3 class beginner offering, to creating an industry-first DJ Certification Program where students learned vocational skills that helped them create a career-path, while helping to legitimize the DJ artform.

Produced and hosted Music Mornings with DJ Hapa on Dash Radio's flagship station, DASH1. Executed over 700 in-studio artist interviews during my time on air at DASH.
