Hello, my name is David Jones II, I am 43, father of two amazing boys. I’ve lived/worked in and around Baltimore city all my life. My career has focused on the construction, restoration, and maintenance of Baltimore’s residential buildings. In 25yrs I’ve gained extensive knowledge and experience in these buildings. It can be a complex and hazardous industry to work in. Knowing the building’s construction and following the proper safety protocols and procedures necessary to keep myself, my coworkers, and the public safe during construction was always job #1. I recently received my Home Inspector license from the State of Maryland and am pursuing the (QCI),(EA), and other certifications in the construction, inspection, and safety fields to expand my knowledge base and improve my skillset. You can never know to much in this industry.
