Mr. Horvath was recruited to develop Tenacity Solutions’ engineering practice. Over the course of 10 years he has grew that platform to 80+ Full Time Equivalents (FTE) accounting for two thirds of Tenacity’s 2014 revenue ($35 Million). During this time he has participated and led all aspects of the business lifecycle and his efforts were critical to the capture of one of Tenacity’s keystone contracts (OSP II) which was awarded in 2012.As an Implementation Architect, Mr. Horvath focuses on assisting a government customer in evaluating new technologies with the goal of inserting them into the existing enterprise infrastructure. This task includes assessing a technology’s maturity, gauging its impact on the infrastructure and user population, developing a prototype installation and transitioning successful technologies to the operation and maintenance organizations.During his tenure, specific attention has been paid to technologies that increase the mobility and agility of the enterprise like “remote access”, “wireless”, “virtualization” and “web collaboration”. Recent projects he has been involved in include implementing a secure Android based tablet to connect to a highly classified network, developing and accrediting a secure wireless terminal to access a highly classified networks, automating provisioning in a private cloud, expanding the reach via Virtual Desktop Initiative (VDI) technologies, piloting stateless client installations, and developing a two factor authentication technology to support remote logon capabilities. Mr. Horvath has been involved in all aspects of the design and implementation of these systems and has completed various security documents including Systems Security Plans, Risk Mitigation Plans, Concept of Operation Plans and Systems Administration Plans. .
