Djibril has 24 years of experience in the financial and SMEs sectorsv with various positions in Senegal and internationally. Since August 2017, Djibril is the Investment Executive/Country Director of GroFin Senegal (www.grofin.com). Prior to joining GroFin, Djibril held different positions as Country Manager of Oikocredit Senegal (www.oikocredit.org), an investment fund under Dutch law dedicated to microfinance institutions and SMEs, Financial Sector Specialist at CGAP/the World Bank Group (www.cgap.org), Portfolio Technical Manager at the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) www.uncdf.org, Director of Operations at Remix, an MFI/SME consulting firm, and Head of Risk Management at Crédit Mutuel in Senegal. Djibril has a master's degree in Business Management and is a lecturer and board member at the Boulder International Microfinance Program.
