• Coordinate a team of 4 members in daily cycle counts for more than 300,000 products• Manage inventory count procedures to optimize count time and to target and fix products most likely to have on-hand balance discrepancies • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of items in stock through perpetual cycle counts in addition to sales and receipt history research• Communicate with other departments to ensure inventory stocking, re-stocking and filling procedures support the cycle counting process • Train new hires in rigid cycle counting procedures

• Consistently execute request for incoming orders using a batch cycle system

• Manage department activities to achieve maximum customer satisfaction for patients, doctors and distributors • Research, customize, implement and manage new (ERP) software to create a streamlined system for sales order processing• Other tasks include taking phone orders, processing credit information and facilitating process training and development• Complete front end project of new website to increase online sales and manage project proposal solicitation • Undertake other duties outside job description involving inventory management and shipping duties as needed• Results of efforts include increasing sales order accuracy and reducing sales order lead time significantly during tenure
