• Tasked with ensuring accurate inventory levels to facilitate production of MTA Help Points across the Greater New York City Area• Establish new procedures for the flow inventory from raw materials receipt through to production and finished goods with MRP Manager• Facilitate transition of existing production workers to newly implemented ERP system called Global Shop to ensure consistent inventory control• Communicate with purchasing and production departments daily to ensure inventory stocking, replenishment and production procedures are supported by all department activities • Implement new perpetual cycle counting inventory procedures to target high transaction items, large dollar items and long lead time items to accommodate fast paced and multifaceted production process.

• Coordinate a team of 4 members in daily cycle counts for more than 300,000 products• Manage inventory count procedures to optimize count time and to target and fix products most likely to have on-hand balance discrepancies • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of items in stock through perpetual cycle counts in addition to sales and receipt history research• Communicate with other departments to ensure inventory stocking, re-stocking and filling procedures support the cycle counting process • Train new hires in rigid cycle counting procedures

• Consistently execute request for incoming orders using a batch cycle system

• Assist with technical and manual aspects of video capture for various commercial productions • Other duties include ad-hoc research and book-keeping duties
