As the Solution Owner, I am accountable for leading and evolving the operations of multiple technology platforms and solutions with the commercial domain. Leading a team of globally distributed colleagues and an offshore partner, our aim is to provide both technology as an enabler as well as the services on top to drive success. Part of my role is to also represent our IT organizations at internal marketing and digital experience meetings to hear the voice of our business and partner on long term roadmaps ensuring IT and business objectives come together. Other duties include vendor and partner management with Niche and strategic supplies as well as budget oversight for the domain.

As a Lead, I am responsible for multiple technology platforms and solutions supporting our marketing organizations globally. The role allows me to connect the IT areas with business teams to deliver sustainable solutions for long term success. The solutions span from content management to web presence and other channel management. Leading cross-functional / cross-organizational teams to align on solution roadmaps and investments allows for the teams to act as true partners to ensure adoption and growth of the platforms. Additional responsibilities include, oversight of support partners (both on and off shore), proper change management, budget management, and vendor management.

Designed and built multiple SharePoint based solutions for use by local and global teams. Facilitated requirements gathering and project management efforts for multiple efforts. I lead user training sessions as well as "office hours" for consultations for small business lead projects. My success allowed me to grow and deliver same capabilities for additional platforms for marketing organizations.

Architect and Design Microsoft SharePoint based solutions for a variety of internal and internal/external sites. End-to-End solution delivery including helping gather and establish requirements to end user training.

As a Senior Consultant with Guilford Group, I have been able to work on many projects using a variety of technologies.A large focus of my work has been with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007. Projects have included working with Site Collection & Site administration, master pages, page layouts, custom web part development, and site branding.As a part of the Business Intelligence business unit, I am able to help clients Identify key data elements and transition them into information to be delivered to the right person at the right time.Other projects have included working with VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, and SQL 2000/2005/2008.A key role I am able to play with Guilford Group is as a business analyst.
