She assembled dynamic teams with a diverse range of expertise from within the Agency to explore ways to focus on the user. These unconventional teams focused on creating a more reliable, affordable and enjoyable experience for the people traveling San Francisco streets. She addressed internal silos and worked with emerging mobility companies to test new techniques that better met the new, increasing and diverse travel demands of people in San Francisco. Her projects included:Project Manager for the late Mayor Lee's directive to the SFMTA to partner with Uber, Lyft, and autonomous vehicle companies to resolve passenger loading conflicts on congested street to improve safety, transit performance and traffic. Created SFMTA Tech Relations by building relationships with emerging mobility companies to resolve day-to-day public and policymaker concerns, Agency and other City departments operational challenges involving TNCs, micromobility, microtransit, autonomous vehicles and delivery apps.Partnered with San Francisco County Transportation Authority (SFCTA) to develop the 10 Guiding Principles for Emerging Mobility Services and Technologies, which serves as a goal-based policy framework and an initial step in shaping the operations of new mobility companies in San Francisco.Project Manager for the Emerging Mobility Strategy, which serves as a response to the mobility revolution unraveling on San Francisco's streets. The strategy identifies digital infrastructure, forecasting research, legislative structures, and business transformations necessary to ensure SFMTA's ability to deliver on its mission to connect San Francisco through a safe, equitable, and sustainable transportation system. Project Manager for Federal ATCMTD grant scoping smart carpool pilot from initial work on San Francisco’s 2016 USDOT Smart City Challenge proposal. -

Member of Core Policy Team for San Francisco's USDOT $50M Smart City Challenge proposal, which focuses on utilizing shared data, smart technologies, private-public partnerships and community engagement to facilitate a culture change toward citywide shared, electric, connected, autonomous (SECA) vehicles. The proposal addresses the issues of congestion, equity, sustainability, affordability, accessibility and safety in the transportation network. The community engagement component serves to address the need for culture change toward shared mobility as well as the obstacles of equity, access and the digital divide. Lead support for Timothy Papandreou, SFMTA's Chief Innovation Officer and responsible for team coordination, project management, graphics and content development.In support of the Agency's Bike-Transit Integration Strategy, I serve as Project Lead for the City's effort to explore the potential for Shared Bus Bike Lane (SBBL) pilot, which involves technical research, street analysis and assessment and facilitating internal collaboration between divisions.Liaison to the Balboa Park Station Community Advisory Committee (CAC) responsible for ensuring that CAC members are involved and informed throughout the implementation and construction of the station improvement project and all relevant projects surrounding the station. -
