Executive experience with the operation, management, and rehabilitation of transportation infrastructure and associated facilities. My engineering, asset management and commercial experience, afford me the opportunity to be involved with, and contribute to, the development, pursuit and implementation of long term alternative finance and delivery transportation projects. My skills and experience allow for involvement in the entire project life, from team development and contract agreement reviews, commercial and financial close and through implementation of operation, maintenance and rehabilitation services.I have been a leader on multiple multi-billion dollar public private partnership teams, experienced with defining strategic teaming and project delivery solutions, qualification and proposal development and submissions, and providing asset management and life cycle input into design and construction decisions. My experience and background in the transportation industry allow for consistent corporate representation through each phase of a project, including executive level management.
